Meet The Founder

Tina E. Gilbert


Founder | Chief People Strategist | Author

Tina E. Gilbert a seasoned interactive workshop leader and facilitator, leadership coach, and author, is fast emerging as a business advisory in the Human Resource industry. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and has over twenty-five years of experience with designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions.


After graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Marketing, she continued her education at Webster University, where she received a Master of Arts in Management Leadership.


Tina is a lifelong learner, and her goal is to help others discover and fulfill their highest potential in life. In 2011, Tina finally actualized her dream when Next Level Training Solutions Group LLC, opened to be a world-class business that offers innovative and high-quality training, workshops, and Human Resources services.


She has deployed her mission of consistently delivering high quality services and programs that promotes results.

Abby Foster, founder of Ahnimisha Consulting, LLC is a professional coach and master facilitator with over 25 years of corporate and nonprofit experience. Abby is known for her ability to connect with individuals and organizations creating an open engaging environment where they gain the knowledge, insights, and skills to reach their full potential.


Before launching Ahnimisha Consulting, Abby held several senior leadership positions in high-profile companies, building a repertoire for leadership and team building with domestic and global roles in the Energy, Manufacturing, Consulting, and HR Outsourcing industries. Former consulting and corporate roles include the following:

  • Deloitte Consulting – Director, Human Capital Consulting practice

  • Exult, Inc. – Corporate Director and V.P. of Client Sales and Accounts

  • Baker Hughes, Inc. – Team Lead, Global Redesign/Shared Services Development



Abby is a SHRM-SCP [Society for HR Management, Senior Certified Professional], certified Birkman® Consultant, and holds certifications in the DISC® and MERIT® Profile assessment tools. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Southern Arkansas University (with CPA certification [exempt] from the TSBCPA), and a Certificate for Non-Profit Management from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville

Lakisha Harper Bradley

Lakisha Bradley is the Executive Director and Founder of MY-T-BY-DESIGN Therapeutic Art Studios located in Fayetteville, AR.  Has over 16 years of experience working for the world’s largest retailer, training and development, Human Relation, and Store Operations. Lakisha has a blended background that she infuses her creativity and her passion for people to help other grow, develop and learn more about diversity, equity, and inclusion.


Lakisha's blended background has given her a solid foundation to successfully operate her own business as well as, educate and mentor adults, children, and teens on the importance of having essential life skills all with art! She offers several programs that focus on empowering individuals and the community and how to be inclusive where everyone thrives.

Lakisha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University and is currently pursuing her license in Counseling with an emphasis in Play Therapy at John Brown University. She is a JBU Adjunct Professor and Assistant Coordinator for Minority Student Care with the JBU Office of Diversity.

She recently was the 2020 recipient of the Leading with Excellence Entrepreneurship award for the Northwest Arkansas area and continues to serve her community. Her mission is helping people see their value and know their worth using art.
