DISC Assessment is a personal assessment tool used to help improve one's communication skills. DISC is an acronym that stands for the four main personalities: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness

 Training objectives:

  • To understand and adapt to others' style by responding appropriately through behaviors to be a more effective team member and leader.

Emotional Intelligence is an important skill for anyone, but it is especially critical for those in leadership roles. Being an emotionally intelligent person means understanding yourself, but also the team you lead as well.

Communication Skills: Sending the Right Message  Effective communication skills are essential for success in the workplace. During our current times of COVID19, effective communication is more necessary than ever before. It is the foundation for a great customer service experience and interaction. This workshop will help participants develop skills to navigate through a variety of communication situations and increase professional leadership credibility.

Training objectives:

  • To effectively communicate with your team and be understood by others.

  • To increase the level of influence you have as a leader.

  • To present your ideas with confidence and clarity.

Team Accountability This course will outline a powerful model and action steps to build cohesive and effective teams. One of the major responsibilities of a leader is how do they hold others accountable for doing the work. Leaders will learn the five basic dysfunctions that can occur within a team and how to build accountability and increase productivity in your organization.

Training objectives:

  • To learn that the foundation of team accountability is trust and the Absence of Trust - caused by team members being unable to show weakness, vulnerability, and openness.

  • To understand and what accountability means and the Avoidance of Accountability - team members aren't going to hold each other accountable if they haven't clearly bought into the mission, values, and goals of the leader and organization.

Building Inclusive Teams The generation gap seems to shrink more and more each year, and this means that there are often members from different generations working together toward one unifying goal. It is imperative that all of us are respectful and understanding of each team member's beliefs and ways of life. This may mean that we must sometimes be strategic in the way that we group team members so that potential conflict is minimized, and cohesion is maximized. Building effective teams is not an easy task, and that is why it is critical that we are as understanding and accepting of our differences.

Training objectives:

  • To avoid misunderstanding in the workplace, which will require leaders to be aware of their team’s values, beliefs, and cultural orientations, and will show that they care and are personally invested.

  • To understand inclusive leaders will make diversity a priority and holds others accountable; for instance, the recruitment process, develop mentoring programs and valuing all team members.

Driving for Results Organizational culture is, in short, the shared beliefs, values, norms, and language patterns of a team or organization; in a way, it is how each team member communicates with the world at large. It may not seem easy at first, but by understanding our team member's background, productivity can be greatly and consistently enhanced.

Training objectives:

  • To understand how to hold others accountable which is an essential practice for leaders who drive results.

  • To use key information to make the best judgment to make a timely decision that will drive results.

  • To learn how to create a culture of achievement that not only promotes long-term growth but also develops future generations of leaders.
