March 2026 Newsletter: Moving to the Next Level – Growth, Connection, and Impact
This month has been a blend of both highs and lows. Like many of you, I have experienced moments of personal loss alongside continued growth and new opportunities. Seasons like this remind us that leadership, and life, are not always about constant forward motion. Sometimes, the greatest growth comes from learning how to navigate both progress and pause.
One thing I have been reminded of is the importance of continuing to move forward while also giving ourselves permission to stop and reflect. Growth does not always happen in the busiest moments. Often, it happens in the quiet, when we gain clarity, perspective, and renewed strength.
As leaders, it is easy to stay focused on what comes next: the goals, the deadlines, and the responsibilities. But taking intentional time to reflect allows us to lead with greater purpose, empathy, and awareness. My encouragement to you this month is simple: keep moving forward, but do not forget to pause, reflect, and take care of yourself along the way. Thank you for continuing to grow, lead, and make an impact.

We are proud to celebrate the successful completion of our SOAR Leadership Program on March 17, 2026. This cohort demonstrated a strong commitment to growth, learning, and leadership development throughout the program.
This group included participants from the City of Little Rock, Southern Bancorp, and Black River Area Development Corporation, bringing together a diverse network of leaders committed to making an impact in their organizations and communities. Throughout the program, participants strengthened their confidence, expanded their leadership capacity, and gained a deeper understanding of how to lead with greater purpose and intention.
We are excited to see how each leader continues to apply what they have learned to elevate themselves, strengthen their teams, and create meaningful impact in the spaces they serve.
We were excited to participate as a vendor at the NextUp Women’s History Month Event on Thursday, March 12, 2026. This year’s theme, “She Did It, So Can We,” was a powerful reminder of the strength, resilience, and impact of women leaders.
Events like this are always meaningful because they create opportunities to connect with other businesses, build relationships, and share the work we do at Next Level Training Solutions Group. They also allow us to engage with both individuals and business leaders, exchange ideas, and continue learning from others in our community.
As a woman-owned business, we are especially passionate about supporting and partnering with organizations that uplift and empower women. We look forward to continuing to build these connections and supporting leaders and organizations in meaningful ways.

1: Model the behavior you want to see Your team is always watching. Demonstrate the values, professionalism, and attitude you expect from others.
2: Communicate with clarity and consistency Clear communication builds alignment and reduces confusion. Be intentional about what you say and how often you say it.
3: Build trust through daily actions Trust is built over time through consistency, accountability, and follow-through. Small actions create strong, lasting trust.
When leaders are intentional, culture becomes stronger, teams become more aligned, and results follow.
