As we move into this season of thanksgiving, my heart is truly full. November always reminds me to pause, reflect, and appreciate the people, partnerships, and opportunities that have shaped this year. And when I look back, I am overwhelmed with gratitude.
This year, I have had the privilege of working with an incredible network of leaders, nonprofits, city agencies, businesses, and community partners across Arkansas and beyond. Every meeting, every session, every retreat, and every training has been a reminder of why I do this work to help people grow, lead, and reach their Next Level.

Served as an exhibitor at the State SHRM Conference
Attended the National SHRM Conference this summer
Was accepted into the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program
Served as a table sponsor for the Arkansas River Valley Area Council’s Denim & Diamonds fundraiser supporting the River Valley area
Coordinated and hosted a full-day retreat for the NWA Food Insecurity Community of Practice
Spoke at a national program hosted here in Northwest Arkansas, DisruptHR Northwest
Hosted both the Spring and Fall cohorts of the Next Level Leadership Program
Spoke for numerous organizations and professional groups across the region
Each experience has strengthened my belief that leadership development is more needed than ever, and that real transformation happens when we invest in people.
Next Level Training Solutions Group has been operating full-time since the pandemic in 2020. Every year, we take bold steps forward. Every year, we expand our reach. And every year, I am reminded of one of my favorite scriptures: “Do not despise these small beginnings.” Here’s to a strong finish to 2025 and a powerful start to 2026. Let’s take it to the Next Level — together.
What started as a calling has grown into a business that embraces partnership, innovation, and impact. I am grateful for every client who has trusted me, every leader who has welcomed me into their development journey, and every team that has allowed me to support their growth.

We are excited to share an update that reflects our continued commitment to growth and innovation. Since 2021, we’ve proudly hosted our Virtual Leadership Training Program, supporting emerging and experienced leaders across Arkansas and beyond. As we look for new ways to elevate the learning experience, we are thrilled to introduce a major enhancement to the program.
Introducing the SOAR Leadership Experience! Beginning in 2026, our virtual leadership program will incorporate the SOAR Leadership System™—a powerful framework built around:
