Fall Kickoff Session - September 9th, Next Level Training Solutions Group hosted its Next Level Leadership Training, a dynamic 6-week program designed to strengthen self-awareness, sharpen communication skills, and build confident, effective leaders.
This fall’s cohort brought together 13 leaders from diverse organizations, including action agencies, banking institutions, and city government. Participants engaged in interactive learning, practical strategies, and collaborative discussions that challenged them to grow both personally and professionally.
Since its launch in 2021, the Next Level Leadership Training has equipped hundreds of leaders across the country with the tools and confidence to elevate their impact. Known as a transformative experience for both emerging and seasoned leaders, the program creates a supportive environment where participants can reflect, practice, and apply new strategies immediately in their workplaces.
Enrollment is now open for the next session, scheduled for February 10 – March 17, 2026. Leaders and organizations ready to invest in growth and development are encouraged to reserve a spot early.
